We handle customer support for your customers via Discord. If you'd prefer to handle support yourself, we'll provide clear troubleshooting steps.

Discounts are based on order size. The more keys you buy, the better your discount per key.

Tiered discounts apply to each key in your order.

Communication: Keep communication with your customers clear and timely.
Final sales: All key purchases are final. Keys cannot be regenerated or exchanged. Chargebacks are handled case by case.

Any violation of these rules may result in account termination and key revocation.
